5. Professional liability insurance
Rijker Advisory holds professional liability insurance. The insurance is underwritten by HDI Global Specialty SE, Dutch branch, and applies worldwide.
The liability of Rijker Advisory is in all cases limited to the amount that in the relevant case is paid out under the professional liability insurance, increased by any applicable deductible. If, for whatever reason, no payment is made under the insurance, the liability limitation set out in article 14 of the General Terms and Conditions applies. In case of any discrepancy between this English text and the Dutch General Terms and Conditions filed with the Chamber of Commerce, the Dutch text prevails.
